A QUIET PLACE. A COMPLETE PRODUCTION.

QUIET VOCALS, DOWNSTAIRS

We start in the downstairs vocal booth, originally designed for hearing tests. Its quiet, controlled environment keeps the focus on your voice. We record multiple takes in Cubase Pro until you’re happy with the performance.

BUILD THE MUSIC AROUND YOU

Shape your arrangement with live or programmed drums, bass, electric or acoustic guitars, keys, synths and pads. Professional online session musicians can also be hired for drums or bass when you want a more human feel.

WARMTH AND CHARACTER, UPSTAIRS

Your approved take moves to the main production room, where Darren’s ART GPA II valve preamp adds warmth, depth and character. You don’t need to sing the part again, although re-recording through the preamp is an option.

MIX, REVIEW AND MASTER

Join the session to help shape the sound, or leave Darren to mix and send versions for you to review. Request changes as the track develops, before the final balanced, release-ready master.
